Before making his career transition into executive coaching, Andrew held leadership roles in start-up and global marketing services companies, including ten years as chief operating officer. As part of the action plan to make his own career change, Andrew undertook a master’s in coaching psychology science at Sydney University. He is certified to practice by the International Coaching Federation.
