Robbie founded Huddle after identifying a gap in the market for senior executives, aged 40+, who find themselves at a career crossroads and unsure where to turn; those in a crisis of confidence, or in the midst of short- to mid-term unemployment. Lisa has worked for some of the world’s most creative companies and largest brands for more than thirty years. In stressful and demanding environments, Lisa has always cared deeply about those she works with. She’s known for her ability to connect with people, even in difficult situations. Having been a coach and mentor to many, she’s guided people towards career trajectories that have enabled them to utilise their strengths and thrive. Lisa never gives up until a solution is reached and an outcome achieved. She lives by the mantra that "people with great relationships do great things."
